The Trailfox AMP was born from an all-mountain pedigree. Its Premium Carbon frame construction and dialed componentry create the perfect package for climbing higher and descending further than ever before. Featuring an e-specific APS suspension system, this bike delivers efficient, plush suspension with an e-MTB specific tune that blends your power with that of the bike. A powerful drive unit made with mountain biking in mind, the Shimano E-8000 provides strong yet sensitive engagement while maintaining true mountain bike geometry. This is seamlessly integrated into the frame with Twin Hollow-core Technology that hides the battery pack in the downtube while supporting a stiff front triangle. Furthering the clean look, the integrated speed sensor provides accurate speed measurement while remaining hidden in the rear stay and disc rotor.

The Trailfox AMP rolls on a 27.5" platform that delivers the ultimate wheel and tire combination for all-conditions traction, smooth roll-over, and maximum control. With 150 millimeters of travel, BMC’s APS suspension, and robust four-piston brakes, this bike is the perfect weapon for blasting backcountry terrain. A new era of pedal-assist, backcountry trail shredding awaits aboard the Trailfox AMP.

BMC Trailfox AMP geometry

A dropper seatpost allows you to quickly lower and raise your seat to give you an ideal riding position. Dropping your seat creates a lower center of gravity for better control and maneuverability on steep descents, while raising it puts you at normal riding height for efficient pedaling.

Construction can include either hydraulic- or cable-actuated systems and the post’s travel can either be infinitely adjustable or stopped at set intervals, depending on the model.

Dropper seatposts come in standard lengths and diameters and vary by the amount of travel.
